Marie Ann Beatty of Hebron Marie Ann Beatty was born February 1, 1925 in Chicago to Martin and Elizabeth Reininger. She passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2008 in Naples, FL. Marie was in the civil defense during World War II where she drove an ambulance for injured service men returning from Pearl Harbor to Spokane Washington. Marie was a housewife and she also worked as a volunteer at Sherman hospital. She was a devoted mother of three: Ray V. Beatty, Jr. of Sierra Vista, AR, Frank M. (Karen) Beatty of Hebron, IL and Elizabeth A. (Norm) Lipscomb of Fort Meyers, FL; loving grandmother of six: Dusti, Amber, Zac, Chad, Ryan and Steven; and loved great grandmother of 9. She also leaves behind a sister Betty Rittenhouse of Green Bay WI., and many nieces & nephews. Marie was preceded in death by her husband Ray V. Beatty, Sr., whom she married August 27, 1945; her sister Kay and a brother Martin. Entombment will be at a later date.
