Annette Fox, 66, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Lightways Hospice in Joliet. She was born on March 3, 1956, in Joliet to Floyd Moffett and Annie (nee Davis) Moffett. Annette is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd, and Annie Moffett. She is survived by her sisters, Gladys Moffett (Gildon) and Paulette Moffett; as well as her children, Chudnee' Parks, Justin Parks, and Summer Parks; additionally, her stepchildren, Kenny Parks, and Michael Parks. Also survived by her three grandchildren, Nicolas Perez, Shaiann Love, Xavier Reyes, and numerous family and friends. Annette graduated from Joliet West Highschool. She was the pillar of her family and a wonderful homemaker whose house was the gathering place for many family moments. A beautiful charismatic woman with a wonderful genuine spirit. Annette was a devoted Christian and a great listener that always gave the best advice. She was valued and loved by so many. Now retired, she enjoyed doing art, macrame, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends, especially the grandkids, having a unique relationship with each one of them. Those who wish to remember Annette are open to come and visit. Prayers are powerful and are always welcomed by the family. Memorial Services for Annette will be held at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60431 on Saturday July 30, 2022, at 2:00pm. Memorial visitation will be from 12:00 pm until time of services. Per Annette's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
