Anthony J. Lucenti, Jr., age 64, a resident of Pleasant Drive in Columbia, TN passed away Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Maury Regional Hospital. Born January 14, 1945 in Joliet, IL, he was the son of Mary Lucenti Ruettiger of New Lenox, IL and the late Anthony J. Lucenti, Sr.; husband of Kathleen Blattner Lucenti. He was a retired deputy from the Sheriff''s Dept. in Will County and loved being surrounded by his grandchildren and his great grandchild. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Anthony (Anna) Lucenti III of Cresthill,IL, Tammy (Randy) Platt of Channahon, IL, Tom (Alexia) Wood of Xenia, OH, Shari Talley of Burbank, IL and John Wood of Columbia, TN; sisters, Gloria (Chuck) Lloyd of Antioch,CA, and Shirley (Bill) Harris of Manhattan, IL; 11 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from 2-7pm with a service to follow at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded.
