Bruce Edwin Briley, Ph.D., age 83, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, with his family by his side. Survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Marilyn Briley; his daughter Denise (Patrick) McGovern; three sons, Scott (Debra) Briley, Steven (Gayle) Briley and Todd (Valerie) Briley; his seven grandchildren, Amanda (Matt) Schwellenbach, Allison McGovern, Daniel McGovern, Colton Briley, Connor Briley, Ben Briley and Nick Briley; his great-grandson Luke McGovern; and his faithful companions, Gizmo and Taz.
