Caroline Duarte Nee Presto Age 93 Passed away Friday August 11, 2017 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, with loving family by her side. Survived by her daughter Mary Duarte grandchildren Eric and Gayle Pietrzak, 'adopted daughter' Edna Barrameda, 'sister' Alice Barrameda, family friend Danielle. As well as many friends of Forest Park. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years John Duarte, sisters Rose, Mary, Carmella, Nellie and a brother Frank. Caroline loved her friends at the Forest Park Community Center as well as her bird houses, teddy bears and gambling. A funeral service will be held Wednesday August 16, 2017 at 1 pm at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 3201 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois. Internment at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Family will receive friends and family at the funeral home on Tuesday August 15, 2017 from 4 pm - 8 pm .
