Dawn M. LeVault age 51, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022.

Survived by her husband of 29 years, Gerald Monks; her children, Joseph LeVault-Monks, and Alyssa LeVault-Monks; mother, Joyce LeVault; father, Gerald (Barbara) LeVault Sr.; and her brothers, Gerald LeVault Jr., and Timothy (Phyllis) LeVault; nieces, Dana LeVault, Jessica Tector and Kayla (fiancé Cristobal Abonza) LeVault; great nephews, Logan, and AJ. Numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive.

Preceded in death by her grandmother, Julia Krcinek; uncle, Jim LeVault and her aunt, Karen Wilson.

Dawn was a happy, joyous loving wife and mother who faced incredible hardship. Who fought it until the end and despite that hardship still retained some joy and good humor throughout those hardships. She will be forever remembered and missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services for Dawn will be held inside the Woodlawn Memorial Park Chapel, 3419 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60431 on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park II.
