Donald E. Schultz, known to many as Grandpa Don passed away on Sunday November 18, 2018 at the age of 91. Born and raised in Naperville, Illinois Don spent his life working as a millwright setting and servicing large commercial equipment throughout the United States. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle across country with his wife Dorothy. Survived by his children: Dennis Schultz, Ella (Keith) Druek, Donna Anderson and Doreen (Craig) Swindall. He will be missed by eight grandchildren, Dawn Schultz, David (Lindsay) Anderson, Dale (Emily) Schultz, Amy Anderson, Dean (Becky) Schultz, Sarah Swindall, Rachel (fiancé' Brian Yerglar) Druek and Kyra Druek. His four great grandchildren; Ben Schultz, Jase Anderson, Aubree Grace Anderson and Logan Schultz. His two brothers; Richard (Estelle) Schultz and Paul Schultz. Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Schultz and a daughter in law Donna Schultz. A celebration of Donald's life will be held at St John Lutheran Church 2650 Plainfield Road Joliet, IL 60435 on Monday December 3, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:30 p.m. Inurnment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a future date.
