Frances K. Meadows (nee Bilskemper), age 93, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL on December 22, 2021. She is survived by her son, Chris Meadows; daughter-in-law, Lynn Meadows, and two grandchildren, Jack Meadows, and Nicholas Meadows. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Richard Meadows; her parents George (Elvira) Bilskemper; her sisters, Irene (William) McCabe and Maryalice Bilskemper, and her brother, Robert (Betty) Bilskemper, Frances was born January 20,1928 in LaPorte City, IA. She graduated valedictorian from Aquinas High School in LaCrosse, WI. She married Richard Meadows on November 21, 1951, in LaCrosse, WI and was an avid card player, volunteer and loved traveling with Richard. Private family services will be held.
