Harvey M. Bushby Sr. age 90 passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Survived by his children; Harvey Bushby Jr., David (Cindy) Bushby, Judith (Bob) Garecht, and Gwen Bushby; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bushby, Emily Bushby, Harvey (Lauren) Bushby III, Mason Bushby, Ava Bushby, Jessica Yauch, Bobby Garecht, Barbara Spaulding, and Logen Spaulding. Great grandchildren, Shelby, Kerrigan, Raynor and Ryker. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Bushby; parents, Merritt and Esther Bushby; siblings, Merritt (Vera) Bushby, John (Irene) Bushby, Bob (Sharon) Bushby, and Gwendolyn Bushby.

Harvey graduated from Iowa State University in 1957 with a degree in chemical engineering. He was at the meeting in the basement for the conception of the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Per Harvey's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
