James H. Thomas, age 81, passed away quietly and peacefully on, Tuesday, February 05, 2019. Survived by his two daughters, Linda (Sam) Adelfio and Patricia (Dave) Kalec; his son, William (Lisa) Thomas; his seven wonderful grandchildren; Gregory, Joseph, Kristie, Derick, Amber, Becca, and Travis; and five beautiful Great Grandchildren; Jackson, Lesley, Kaylee, Sophia, and Gianna. James was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Polly Thomas. James was born June 10, 1937 in Scottsboro, Alabama. He resided in Plainfield, IL with his daughter Patricia (Trich) and her family. Most of his life he was an over the road truck driver, where he made many friends along the way. He always had a story to tell. Rest in peace Dad, you are loved and will be missed. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
