Joan Elliott (Nee Koenig) Age 86, passed away Tuesday October 25, 2016. Survived by her daughter Wendy (Ed) Belpedio,daughter -in-law Debbie Wilkerson, grandchildren Rachel, Maggie Belpedio, Charles III, Amy Wilkerson and a sister Joyce (Bill) Gibbons Preceded in death by her husbands Charles Wilkerson and William Elliott, and a son Charles Wilkerson II. Joan was a loving mother and grandmother and will bel in our hearts forever. Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials in Joan''s name may be made to the Community Church of Vero Beach.
