John W. Ziesmer Age 76, of Joliet, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Survived by his son, John (Linda); daughter, Kathy (Bob) Duchene; brother, Carl (Pat) Ziesmer; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Keara, Amanda, Allie, Zane; loving 'lady friend' Mary Wrobel.: canine companions Lily and Daisy. A veteran of the U.S. Army, avid bowler, softball player, puzzle master, friendly bartender and ultimate jokester. A member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Joliet, IL. Visitation for John will be held on Saturday January 9, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Sunday at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
