Joseph G. Petroski Sr, age 72, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019. Joseph is survived by his wife of 52 years, Maria Petroski (nee Rodriguez); his six children, Gina Rodriguez, Joseph G. Petroski Jr., Emma (Wayne) Todd, Paula Petroski, Samantha Velasquez, Peter Petroski; his Grandchildren, Paige Petroski, Joshua Todd, Julia Todd, Jax Todd, Jillian Todd, Jenna Hickey, Jade Velasquez, Jalissa Velasquez, Jocelyn Velasquez, Johanna Petroski, Michael Rodriguez, Nicholas Rodriguez, Marty Rodriguez and Danny Magargal and his nine great-grandchildren. Joseph was preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Petroski and his grandson, Joseph G. Petroski III. As it was Joseph's request, cremation rites will be accorded. Memorial visitation will be held at the Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60431 on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM.
