Judy A. Garland (nee Treest) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 8, 2016. Survived by her son Ricky (Caroline) Floyd and daughter Alison (nee Findley) Flatt; three loving grandchildren Chris Nielsen, John (LeAnn) Goeken and Donovan Kuta; godson Jonathan Moretti and three sisters Rosemarie Pandescio, Dixie (Brad) Johnson and Ruthie Poulas. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her mother Veronica (nee Seeth) O''Neil; her husband Charles 'Red' Witty and her husband Louis Bernhoft; her niece Debbie Moretti and her nephew Michael Zuppa. Lifelong supporter of various charities. Judy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Chapel Service will also be held on Friday at Woodlawn Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 AM. Fr. Michael Lane will be officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park I.
