Kevin W. Missak Age 65, passed away Saturday December 3, 2016 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home , Joliet, after a long battle with illness. Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years Gene Missak, his children Brian (Rosa) Missak, Kerri (Neil) Levy, Kevin (Serena) Singleton,; grandchildren David Missak, Nicholas Levy, Carolynn Missak; and his furry children Goliath, Sheba and Lola. Preceded in death by his parents Stanley Missak and Joan Pitelka. Kevin was born in Chicago, December 19, 1950 and developed an early love of motorcycles, muscle cars and the art of photography. He was a avid hunter and fisherman and particularly loved Wisconsin for these sports. He was a driver for U.P.S. until his retirement due to illness. Prior to that he ran his own plastering business. Kevin loved spending time with his family, gardening, and had a tremendous sense of humor. A memorial Service for Kevin will be held Saturday December 10, 2016 at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 3201 W Jefferson Street, Joliet IL . at 7:30 p.m. Charles Lyons officiating. Family will receive friends from 4pm until time of service.
