Lloyd R. Noirfalise, age 77, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 4, 2020. Survived by his wife of 29 years, Jovonne Noirfalise; his daughter, Natasha (Colin) Lundgren; his three stepchildren, Ed Kazlauskas, Scott (Stephanie) Kazlauskas and Richard Kazlauskas. Numerous nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. Preceded in death by his parents, Forest (Blanche) Noirfalise and his siblings, Larry Noirfalise, Donald (Evelynn) Noirfalise, Leroy Noirfalise and Virginia Noirfalise. Lloyd was a lifelong resident of the Joliet area. He attended Lockport Township High School, Class of 1962. After high school he enlisted in the United States Army and served from 1962-1966. Lloyd worked and retired from Jewel Osco as a meat cutter after 40 years. He met the love of his life Jovonne in 1988 and they married on February 12, 1992. He loved to go camping and being with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet IL. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park II. In accordance with the current COVID-19 guidelines, all attendees will be required to wear a face mask and observe social distancing while in the funeral home.
