Mary J. Karr Nee Croster Age 96, passed away suddenly Wednesday July 5, 2017 at Presence St Jospeh medical Center in Joliet. Mary is survived by her children Bobby (Sarah) Karr, Charles Karr, Jo Ann Pilar, Karen Karr, and Billy Karr. 10 grandchildren; Robrt, Kathy, Anitra, eric, Nicole and Crystal Karr; Kimmie Panozzo, Leslie Kranz, Robert Harris, Mary Pilar. 16 great- grandchildren Jenna, Shawn, Ryne and Gilbert Karr, Kyle and Leah Panozzo, Ashley, Sarah, Courtney Kranz, Maddyson and Jacob Harris, Cameron Cainen, Cenzie Sherman; and a great - great grandchild Annie Katherine, a brother John (Donna) Croster, several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her husband Robert L Karr, a brother Fredie Croster Jr., 2 sisters Bernice Croster and Verna (Daryll Hamilton. Born in Vandalia, IL. Lived in Channahon for 20 years than moved to Joliet. She worked at Manor Inn and the Fiesta Inn in Channahon. Per Mary''s wishes cremation rites were accorded. Private services were held. Inurnment Williard Grove Cemetery in Channahon.
