Melody Ann Valeriano Nee Erickson Born into eternal life Sunday March 9, 2014 at her home with loving family by her side. Melody is survived by her husband Victor Santiago, her children Angelica (Ricardo) Favela, Paul (Connie) Santiago, Steven Erickson, Jonathan Erickson, 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Evelyn (John) Chase, Gail (The late Walter) Horton, and Mary (Jose) Diaz. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by a grandson Nikko Guerra, a sister Victoria Pantoja, and her parents Lester and Clara (nee Luce) Erickson. She was an advocate for wildlife and loved all of God''s creatures. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will surely be missed by all her family. Melody''s family wishes to express gratitude to Vitas Hospice and her nurse Kaylee for the care given to their mom. Per Melody''s wishes cremation rites were accorded.
