Newey F. Kearney Jr., age 58, passed away at home on, Monday, February 1, 2021. Survived by his sister, Vivian (Dave) Oxley; his nieces and nephews; his great nieces and nephews and his aunt, Janice Helms. Preceded in death by his parents, Newey (Sybil) Kearney Sr. and many other dear family members. Newey was born on December 13, 1962 on the Patrick Air Force Base in Brevard County, Florida. As a young child he lived in both Florida and Alaska. His parents moved their family to Lockport, IL in 1966. Newey graduated from Lockport Township High School, Class of 1981.
