Norma Jean Pippin, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Raymond Jr.) Wolan; grandchildren, Trisha (Tony) Troyner, Raymond Wolan III, Stacey (Bruce) Schatz, and Amanda (Matthew) Sterba; great grandchildren, Kody Troyner, Jesse (Samantha) Troyner, Samantha Troyner, Owen Sterba, Jack Sterba, and Dean Sterba; great great grandchildren, Carson and Vance Troyner; brother, John (Jean) Morgan. Numerous nieces and newphews also survive.

Preceded in death. By her husband, Charles Pippin; son, Wade Pippin; parents, Wade and Polly Ann Petty; siblings, Iva Lee Petty, William (Onieda) Petty, Louise Williams, Pearlene (Doug) McCulley, and Raymond Petty.

Norma was born in Double Spring, TN. She met her future husband, Charles Pippin while living in Michigan and they married on July 9, 1949. Around 1965 they setteled in the Lockport area. Norma love flowers, to garden and was a great seamstris. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services for Norma will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 11:30 am at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of services. Internment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
