Perla M. Lopez, better known as "Perla P" a.k.a "Tia P", 41 years young went to meet her maker (we are not sure the "maker" is ready to meet her) on Saturday, October 19, 2019. She leaves her family starving, starting with her Father Miguel Lopez Sr. aka- "Pa", her brother Miguel Lopez, Jr. "Juicy", sister in law Candice Lopez aka "White Girl" , Sister Violeta Lopez aka "lil big Sis", her niece and nephews Elaria R. Lopez-Werner aka "BFF", Miguel Angel Lopez III aka "Frijol" and Ayden Lopez aka "Lenteja". And many family and friends which we are sure that she had names for. Also, we would say her beloved goat, Buddy, but she also took him with her on Sunday, October 20, 2019. She will be reuniting with her mother, Maria Lopez; her sister, Veronica Lopez and her niece Isabel Werner and many family and close friends that passed before her. They are lucky to have her, she will always make sure they are fed with great food and plenty of drinks, but most importantly her laughter and smile along with her yelling to get your stuff together! To know "P" was one thing, to actually have "P" like you were a privilege. Despite her tough exterior, cutting remarks and stubbornness, once you passed those you knew the loving, caring and giving person she really was. She would give you anything and everything she had with no questions. We will carry her in our heart forever! We love you "P" Prrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60431 on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 12:00 PM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park II (Hills of Rest).
