Raymond J. Sitkowski, age 89, of Joliet, IL passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center Survived by his children, Michaline A. Sitkowski, Christine I. Sitkowski, Charles Sitkowski, Raymond "Oscar" Sitkowski; daughter-in-law, Karen Sitkowski; grandchildren, Raymond (Jodi) Sitkowski, Jon (Lyndsey) Sitkowski and great grandchildren, Parker, Teagan and Skyler. Proceeded in death by his wife, Michaline M. Sitkowski (nee Strzelecki). Raymond was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served from 1952-1953. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL. Per Raymond's wishes cremation rites will be accorded following services. Inurnment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
