Rita W. Kooi Born: May 14, 1915 Died: November 25, 2014 Age 99, passed away Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Franciscan Court Care in West Chicago, IL. Rita is survived by her niece Lois (Leon) Moore of Carol Stream; great -niece Lisa (LJ) Zimmer of Florida, nephew Lance (Brenda) Moore of Carol Stream; great great nieces Leana and Lindsay Moore, and great great nephew Landon Moore. Preceded in death by her husband John H. Kooi, her son Keith W. Kooi, a brother Lawrence Momert, and her parents. Rita was a long time member of Faith Lutheran Church. Funeral Services for Rita will be held Saturday November 29, 2014 at Faith Lutheran Church 353 N. Midland Ave, Joliet, IL at 10 am, Pastor Becky Lohrmann officiating. Burial will be private. Family will receive friends Friday November 28, 2014 at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 3201 W Jefferson Street in Joliet, IL. 2-5 pm. Visitation: Friday, November 28, 2014 2:00 PM
