Robert W. Bohanek age 81. Passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019 with his family by his side. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Grace Bohanek (nee Goralski); his children, Bonnie (Dan) Goedert, Rob (Michelle) Bohanek, Brian Bohanek, Matt (Claudia) Bohanek, Chris (Kim) Bohanek, Ana (Mark) Burnopp; his grandchildren, Monica Goedert, Alex Bohanek, Ben Bohanek, Brandon Bohanek, Emily Bohanek, Ethan Bohanek, Isabelle Bohanek, Lily Bohanek, Mackenzie Burnopp, Grace Burnopp, Jax Burnopp, Cody Bohanek, Shannon Bohanek and Colin Bohanek; his brother, Richard (Pat) Bohanek; his sister-in-law, Laura Bohanek. Several dear nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by his infant grandson, Nathan Bohanek; his parents, Rudolph (Rose) Bohanek and his brother Ronald Bohanek. Per Robert's wishes, Cremation Rights have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 7, 2019 from 9:00am until time of Prayer service at 11:00am, at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL.
