Rosie Chesnut (nee Schultz) Age 94, passed away Tuesday February 27, 2018 at Morris Hospital with her family by her side. Survived by her children John Kent ( loving companion Rhonda Dhom) Chesnut; Gregory (Elizabeth) Chesnut; grandchildren Sherry (Mark) Carlson; John (Thomasine) Chesnut; Joan (Eric) Laughlin; Kim Gornik; Jessica (Jordon) Aschwege; Kelly (Dillon) Knoll. Seven Great-Granchildren; Three Great-Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her husband John Warren Chesnut; daughters Donna Chesnut; Beverly Davis and her parents Charles and Beulah (nee Stockwell) Schultz. Funeral services for Rosie will be held Friday March 2, 2018 10:00 am at the Woodlawn Funeral Home, Charles Lyons officiating. Internment will be at the Elmhurst Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Woodlawn Funeral Home on Thursday March 1, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers family would appreciate memorials to the Humane Society in Rosies name.
