Seth M. Soltero, age 19, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Survived by his son, Lorenzo D. Soltero; mother of his son, Elisa Aldava; his parents, Nancy and Juan Soltero; his siblings, Ariel, Isabella, Dahlia and Alejandro Soltero; his grandparents, Fernando (Esther) Perez Sr. and Seferino Garcia; his aunts and uncles, Fernando Perez Jr., Mariela (Arturo) Alarcon, Nora Perez (Humberto Pina), Lizette Anzaldo, Lily Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Juan Sainz, Emmanuel Roman, Samuel Roman and Jesus (Kathleen) Pelayo; his cousins, Julian Saldana, Heaven Perez, Kashmir Alarcon, Enrique Alarcon, Kaden Alarcon, Fernando Perez IV, Isaiah Pina, Natalie Pina, Christopher Roman, Emmanuel Rivas, Nathaniel Rivas and Maximillian Pelayo. Survived by numerous family and friends. Preceded in death his grandmother, Josefina Sainz; his great grandparents, Fernando (Maria de la Paz) Perez and Jose (Angelita Ibarra) Corral; his dear friend, Miguel Miranda. Visitation for Seth will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 710 W. Marion Street, Joliet, IL 60436, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
