Teresa L. Nealis Nee Bauer Age 60, passed away Wednesday May 31, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center with family by her side. Teresa is survived by her children Christen Bauer, Amy Nealis, her grandchildren Gage Megrant, Jacob Megrant, Ilana Nealis, Kyla Nealis, siblings Debra Kelley, Thomas (Pauline) Bauer, Lisa (Craig) Bauer, and her mother Barbara Bauer. Numerous nieces, nephews, great -nieces and great- nephews also survive. She is preceded in death by her Father Joseph Bauer, a sister Susan Bauer and her grandparents. Teresa worked for 40 years at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center and Edwards Hospital for several years. She loved sports and truly enjoyed traveling. She also dearly loved her grandchildren. A memorial service for Teresa will be held Sunday June 4, 2017 at 4 pm at the Woodlawn Funeral Home in Joliet. Family will receive friends on Sunday June 4, 2017 from 2 pm until time of service. Memorials to Cancer research would be appreciated.
