Theodore R. Leslie Age 73, Passed away Monday January 2, 2017 at his home in Elk Grove Village. He is survived by his best friend and only love Kathleen Castaldo, his children Lois Carter, Lisa (Alessanaro) Forti, Theodore Leslie; grandchildren Jaden Jerry, Dante Mario, Eliana Amelie; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, George and Alice Leslie, brothers Bill, Bob, and John Leslie; two sisters in infancy. Our dear father, Theodore R Leslie, left us suddenly on January 2, 2017. Though our hearts are heavy with grief they are filled with a lifetime of loving memories, laughter and happiness. We love you dad, Princess, Sunshine, my Son my Son and Kathleen Rose. Funeral services were private, with internment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, in Elwood, Illinois.
