Theresa L. Ujek, age 75, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018. Survived by her two sons, Emanuel (Michelle) Orta and Edward Orta; her grandchildren Giselle Orta, Gabrielle Orta, Justin Orta, Lisa (Otoniel) Centeno, Jahan Johnson and Gabrier Johnson; her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Kaleb, Joy and Isabella; her brother, Donald Ujek and her sister, Betty Berkowski. A nephew, Don Ujek Jr. and a great nephew, DJ. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Catherine Ujek and her brothers, Anthony Ujek, Junior Ujek and Ronald Ujek. Theresa was a kind and genuine woman. A loving Mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a woman of God and was full of Christ spirit. She will be extremely missed by her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Farkas Funeral Home, 3201 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60431 Monday January 7, 2019 at 10:00AM. Visitation from 9:00 A.M. until time of services.
