Thomas J. Fitzgerald Thomas J. Fitzgerald, age 75, of Rockdale, retired Village Clerk of Rockdale. Passed away January 19, 2016 with his family by his side. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 36 years Nancy (nee Pirc) Fitzgerald; children Matthew Fitzgerald, Mark (Dawn) Pirc, Michelle (the late James) Pruett and Michael (fianc Cindy Abeyta) Pirc and the late Matthew R. Pirc.; grandchildren Tyler Fitzgerald, Ashley Lindenmuth, Colin Pirc, Kendall Pirc, Hollie Smeets, Shannon Waznis, Kyle Waznis, James Pruett, Rachael Pruett, Stephanie (fiance Adam Heimer) Pirc, Matthew J. Pirc and Kayden Hodgkins; great-grandchildren Kaydon Lindenmuth; brother William (Jackie) Fitzgerald, sisters Carol (Ben) Birsa and Janice (Tom) Stabb and Maureen Switzer. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Harley and MaryAnita Fitzgerald and her second husband Frank Klipp and brother Terrance Fitzgerald.
