Thomas Mondragon Age 71, passed away Thursday June 1, 2017 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Thomas is survived by his children, Thomas (Lisa) Mondragon, Sherice (Bill) Griffin, Eva Mondragon, Colette Mondragon. His grandchildren Taylor, Torey, Taryn Mondragon, Aidan, Olivia Leora. His sisters Linda (Ken) Considine, Tina Kimont, and a brother Richard (Beverly) Mondragon. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Lucille Mondragon. Thomas loved playing the piano as well as painting and drawing. He retired from Electricians Local 134 after 50 years of service. Served his country in the U.S. Airforce and was a longtime member of American Legion Post 180. Funeral Services for Thomas Mondragon will be held Wednesday June 7, 2017 at 7:30 pm at the Woodlawn Funeral Home 3201 W Jefferson Street in Joliet. Family will receive friends Wednesday June 7, 2017 2 pm - 4pm and 6 pm until time of service. Per Thomas wishes cremation rites will than be accorded. Memorials to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the M. S. Society would be appreciated.
